I work in Live2D Cubism, so to be able to work in the best conditions I require the PSD file of what you want me to animate, preferable already pre-cut. If I need to cut the art, I would have to count Cutting FeesCutting Fees: Varies from illustration to illustration, usually it will be cheaper if you at least have the PSD file with the original layers from the artist, but average it would be around 60$Disclaimer! For the most optimal outcome, contact me before you commission an artist I am not familiar with so I can discuss with them how to go on about preparing the art for animation, this will not only help me, but it will definitely make your animation cost less!Commissions:Illustration Animation, fee: 60$ Minimum, varies how complex you want the animation to be and if I have to get the art cut or not, adding in Cutting Fees:Custom Animation, fee: Varies on what you would like. I work with various artists so if you would want something custom made you will have to abide to their prices on layering the art for me plus my fees to it!
